A note on the Graduate Accounting Scheme from Mike O’Connell

I hope you’ve had a chance to look around our site and find out a bit more about our graduate accounting scheme and who we are and what we do. If you have, you’ll know that I’m a Chartered Accountant by profession, so I’m delighted that you’re interested in building a career as an accountant.
I do genuinely think that Isosceles is a great place to do that. Why? Because I set out to build a company that offers something different to our clients. We take clients all the way from start-up to exit. For some, we’re their entire Finance function. For others, we might manage their monthly accounts, help them develop their strategic Finance capability, or provide the financial analysis and forecasting that they need to make the right commercial decision.
For our team, that opens up the opportunity to work with different clients, in different industries and at different stages of growth. As a graduate recruit, you’d be doing real accountancy work, really quickly. The chance to progress here isn’t restricted by who else is already at a more senior level – if you’re good enough, you’ll get to FD level. It’s up to you how quickly that happens.
