CIPD Graduate Scheme

If you study HR through our CIPD graduate scheme, you’ll do the post-graduate, professional CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification. This will see you complete your Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management qualification in 2 years.

Hands-on HR experience.

We’ll structure your experience so that your CIPD studies are complemented with practical HR. You’ll get involved in a wide range of operational, strategic and advisory HR activity so that you understand how the HR function integrates with and supports the wider business. The great thing about starting your career at Isosceles is that you won’t be restricted to one area of HR – yes, you’ll need to cover HR administration, but you’ll also find yourself working on employment law, reward, employee development, recruitment and all other HR disciplines. At every step, you’ll learn from and be supported by a team of qualified HR practitioners.
