(provider of Hubble solutions) has acquired Antivia, a business intelligence (BI) software company and developer of the fast dashboard and information application creation solution, DecisionPointTM. What did, Inc. and Antivia say about the deal?

This acquisition will expand’s market reach beyond the Oracle and JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, which is currently served by the Hubble Corporate Performance Management (CPM) suite, and into the SAP ERP markets.
