Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant formerly with Ernst & Young. He has 16 years experience of the Energy industry and has held a number of director level positions within large corporations as well as SME’s.

Jeremy’s experience spans projects such as: financing of large power plants; wind and solar energy, asset divestitures and acquisitions and raising capital.

Isosceles’ particular areas of expertise within the Renewables Consulting Practice are:

  • Energy consulting. Advice to start-ups on renewable energy, for example regulatory benefits such as ROC’s, PPA’s and structuring of offtake contracts and fuel supply agreements, bankability and Advice on establishing or growing a green energy business
  • Investment – introduction to an investor with up to £1m to invest in cleantech companies
  • Fundraising – equity fund raising and project debt finance for renewable energy projects
  • Renewables financial modelling – detailed project finance modelling for energy assets
  • Renewables Project financing – negotiating senior credit agreements; cash flow waterfalls; structuring and debt amortisation; swaps; reserve accounts – maintenance and debt service, LC’s, insurance, DSCRs and writing Information Memoranda.
