Mike O’Connell, Chief Executive Officer 

Founder of Isosceles, Mike acquired a taste for technology whilst graduating from Imperial College London as a mechanical engineer. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young in London before becoming CFO at Systems Integrator Pacific Group PLC.    

Mike has significant experience working with investors, entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes. This experience highlighted the need for a variable source of high quality, pragmatic and commercial accounting support – the principles behind Isosceles. It is these principles which have fuelled Isosceles’s rapid growth over the last six years to become a leading provider of business accounting solutions.

Caroline Frew, Chief Operating Officer
Caroline is a graduate engineer from Imperial College London. Caroline gained extensive operations and project management experience whilst working with the Ministry of Defence in a variety of areas from the multinational Eurofighter Typhoon project to designing innovative protection for armoured vehicles and defining science policy in Whitehall.

Sarah Payne, Service Delivery Manager

Sarah, a qualified chartered accountant, is responsible for all aspects of Isosceles’ service delivery.  She has considerable experience in decision support and effective financial planning, analysis and reporting. Before joining Isosceles Sarah worked for the BBC where she was Head of Business, Analysis and Planning at the BBC.  She also spent six years at Ernst & Young working with a broad range of companies in the audit and corporate finance departments. 

Karen Stocker, Marketing Manager

Karen is a sales and marketing professional. She is responsible for Isosceles’ marketing activites both online and offline as well as lead generation.  She has a wealth of experience from both a client and supplier perspective and has previously worked for the BBC within Corporate IT and Digital Equipment Corporation in a variety of marketing and sales roles.
